战略形成是企业制定和实施战略的行为,对新创企业而言其重要性不可忽视。为了揭示它的作用机理,本文以新创企业为研究对象,从计划模式和应急模式视角分析战略形成,利用396份问卷具体分析了战略形成与新创企业绩效的关系以及创业学习是否强化了战略形成的效果。研究结果表明:计划模式和应急模式对新创企业绩效具有积极影响;创业学习增强了应急模式和新创企业绩效关系,然而对计划模式和新创企业绩效关系产生消极影响。文章揭示了战略形成在新创企业中的重要作用,解释了创业学习对战略形成作用效果的影响,不仅完善了战略管理理论,同时丰富了创业学习对新创企业绩效的影响路径的认识。
The formation of a strategy is an act of formulating and implementing a strategy for an enterprise. Its importance can not be overlooked for a startup. In order to reveal its mechanism of action, this article takes the startup enterprise as the research object, analyzes the strategy formation from the perspective of the planning mode and the emergency mode, analyzes the relationship between the strategy formation and the startup performance with 396 questionnaires and whether the startup learning reinforces the strategy Formed effect. The results show that the planning model and emergency mode have a positive impact on the performance of new start-ups. Start-up learning enhances the relationship between the emergency modes and the performance of start-ups, but negatively affects the relationship between the planned mode and the performance of start-ups. The article reveals the important role of strategic formation in start-ups and explains the influence of entrepreneurial learning on the effect of strategic formation. It not only improves the theory of strategic management, but also enriches the understanding of the path of influence of start-up learning on the performance of new start-ups.
