分析７年间外科治疗１８例巨大肾上腺肿瘤的临床资料，总结了作者的诊疗经验和有关注意事项。提出巨大肾上腺肿瘤术前应了解双侧肾脏情况；无症状的巨大肾上腺肿瘤应警惕嗜铬细胞瘤；右侧巨大肾上腺肿瘤选用胸腹联合切口更为安全；包膜下肿瘤剜出术是切除巨大肾上腺肿瘤的一种安全有效的方法；同时强调了术后严密监测血流动力学的重要性。
The clinical data of 18 cases of giant adrenal tumors treated by surgery were analyzed during the past 7 years, and the author’s experience in diagnosis and treatment and related precautions were summarized. It is suggested that bilateral adrenal neoplasms should be known before surgery; asymptomatic giant adrenal tumors should be alert to pheochromocytoma; the right large adrenal tumor is more safe to use chest and abdomen combined incision; subcapsular tumor surgery is a huge removal A safe and effective method for adrenal tumors; it also emphasizes the importance of monitoring hemodynamics closely after surgery.
