红松早期生长发育缓慢,用实生苗繁育良种需要几十年的时间,同时红松插条生根能力极差,难以采用,所以“嫁接”方法是发展红松良种的一个重要的技术措施。我们就种间嫁接和营建无性系种子园等嫁接试验介绍如下。一、种间嫁接试验我们用红松同其它树种嫁接,目的有三:①试图通过嫁接诱导红松芽变,从而获得新变异。②更换根系,扩大红松生态适应幅度。③种间嫁接,促进远缘有性杂交的可配性。
