目的对云南西双版纳产傣药三桠苦Evodia lepta叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等波谱学方法结合化学水解鉴定化合物。结果从三桠苦叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6′-O-E-对香豆酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6′-O-Z-对香豆酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-3,5-二-C-β(6′-O-E-肉桂酰基)-D-葡萄糖苷(4)。结论其中化合物2~4为新化合物,分别命名为三桠苦双碳苷A、三桠苦双碳苷B、三桠苦双碳苷C,化合物1为首次从三桠苦叶中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Evodia lepta, a Dai-producing Dai medicine in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods combined with chemical hydrolysis. Results Four compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Bitter Hibiscus mongolica and identified as 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone-3,5-di-β-D-glucoside (1) , 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone-3,5-di-β-β (6’-OE- p-coumaroyl) -D- glucoside (2) Acetophenone-3,5-di-β-β (6’-OZ-p-coumaroyl) -D- glucoside (3), 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone- -C-β (6’-OE-cinnamoyl) -D-glucoside (4). Conclusions Among them, compounds 2 ~ 4 are new compounds named as tricoside A, trichothecene B, trichothecene C, compound 1 for the first time.
