我国高职院校英语教师职后培训是院校提高办学质量的渠道之一,它能够更具外界环境对人才的新要求,而不断完善教学,调整教师知识结构,以达到培养出更加能够满足社会需要的英语人才。本文从英语教师职后培训的问题和意义出发,探讨了职后培训模式建立的必要性和具体措施。
Post-vocational training of English teachers in higher vocational colleges is one of the channels for colleges and universities to improve the quality of running schools. It can be more qualified to meet the new demands of the outside world while constantly improving teaching and adjusting the knowledge structure of teachers in order to cultivate more qualified English talents needed by society. Based on the problems and significance of post-training of English teachers, this paper discusses the necessity and concrete measures of post-training model.
