中小学校是国家拨款的公益性教育机构,同时是政府教育部门落实与实施预算管理政策的重要载体。最近,财政经费的使用情况引起了广泛关注,中小学校预算管理的执行效果直接关系到国家财政预算管理的成效,同时直接影响到学校的财务状况及可持续发展能力。那么,如何做好中小学校预算管理工作,如何提升资金的使用效益,已成为目前我国中小学校的首要任务。本文将就中小学校预算管理中存在的问题进行剖析,并提出相应的改进对策。
