中国高职教育中科学教学与人文教学割裂,在课程设置上,人文学科存在严重的边缘化趋向。高职教育中人文精神严重缺失,高职学生人文素质极度欠缺。笔者认为高职院校必须确立“素质本位”的教育理念,把科学教育与人文教育在教学实施过程中有机结合起来,确立“以人为本”、全面发展的教育指导思想,克服急功近利的短视行为,才能使高职教育走出瓶颈,走向发展。本文对如何解决高职学生人文素质缺失的问题作了初步的对策研究。
In Chinese higher vocational education, the teaching of science and humanities are fragmented. In the setting of curriculum, there are serious marginalization trends in the humanities. There is a serious lack of humanistic spirit in higher vocational education, and the humanistic quality of vocational students is extremely lacking. The author believes that higher vocational colleges must establish the educational philosophy of “quality standard” and organically combine scientific education and humanistic education in the course of teaching implementation, establish the guiding ideology of “people-oriented” and all-round development to overcome the quick success Short-sighted behavior in order to make vocational education out of the bottleneck, to develop. This article made a preliminary countermeasure research on how to solve the problem of lack of humane quality of higher vocational students.
