积极心理学是致力于研究人的发展潜力和美德等积极品质的一门科学。主观幸福感是其中的一个非常重要的概念。农村教师作为一个特殊的群体,是贯彻落实九年义务教育的主力军,是实施科教兴国战略的中坚力量。本文着重调查了农村教师的主观幸福感现状,并且进一步深入探讨了提高主观幸福感的策略,以期为提高农村教师主观幸福感,间接促进教学质量提供一定的参考。
Positive psychology is a science devoted to studying the human potential and the positive qualities of human beings. Subjective well-being is one of the very important concepts. As a special group, rural teachers are the main force in implementing nine-year compulsory education and the backbone for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. This paper focuses on investigating the subjective well-being of rural teachers, and further explores strategies to improve subjective well-being in order to provide some reference to improve the subjective well-being of rural teachers and to indirectly promote the teaching quality.
