材料:竹筷两根,废圆珠笔芯一支,大头针一枚,以及铅画纸、细铁丝、浆糊、塑料薄片等。方法: ①铅画纸裁成12厘米×12厘米正方形一块,按对角虚线剪开,四角翻起粘贴成纸风车(见图)。②纸风车中心处刺一小孔,用细铁丝通过。在风车中间套进2～3厘米长塑料管一支(可利用废圆珠笔芯),铁丝一端通出风车前面并弯折,另一端通过一个用硬纸剪成的圆形垫片,缠绕在竹筷的一端。③竹筷锯成15厘米左右长,一端绕上纸风车,另一端尾部劈开4厘米长,另用硬纸(或塑料薄片)剪成尾翼(见图),嵌在竹筷劈开的缝内,并设法固定。
