随着社会经济的持续发展,现代金融活动与社会居民的日常生活联系越来越紧密,金融服务的专业性越来越强,金融服务的要求越来越高,金融消费者的参与程度更加深入,同时金融消费者权益保护问题日益突出。本文通过调查问卷,透视反映了本辖区金融消费者权益保护工作的瓶颈问题,结合实际提出了具体政策建议。
