近年以来,受国内外大环境影响,我国GDP持续增长的势头出现拐点,企业经营业绩普遍下滑,作为国民经济的主体的国有企业也深受影响,如何在逆境中保稳定求发展,已成为国有企业思考的重要内容。发展是硬道理,管理创新是软实力。实践证明,影响企业业绩表现有多方面的因素,对于“以人为本”的国有企业来说,人力资源管理尤为重要,其中薪酬管理更是关键。本文以国有企业HW集团为例,通过分析其薪酬管理现状,探讨如何综合运用现代企业管理理论,对其薪酬管理体系进行优化与创新。
In recent years, under the influence of the domestic and international environments, the momentum of China’s sustained GDP growth has inflated. The performance of enterprises has generally declined. State-owned enterprises, the main body of the national economy, have also been greatly affected. How to stabilize development under adverse conditions, An important part of business thinking. Development is the last word, management innovation is soft power. Practice has proved that there are many factors affecting the performance of enterprises, for the “people-oriented” state-owned enterprises, human resources management is particularly important, including pay management is the key. In this paper, the HW group of state-owned enterprises is taken as an example to analyze the status quo of its remuneration management and to explore how to optimize and innovate its remuneration management system by comprehensively using modern enterprise management theory.
