作者用恒电流极化法研究了搅拌溶液(pH=1)中胺类缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率与H_2S浓度的关系。结果表明缓蚀效率按MBA,DBA,TBA的次序增加。DCHEA的缓蚀效率高于DCHA。因此在有H_2S的情况下,氮原子上的“活性”氢对缓蚀效率的影响没有一定规律。还研究了PTU对上述胺类缓蚀剂的缓蚀作用的影响,证明PTU的缓蚀作用同这些化合物还原时形成的HS~-离子的预吸附有关。
The author studied the relationship between the corrosion inhibition efficiency and the concentration of H 2 S of amine corrosion inhibitor in the stirring solution (pH = 1) by the constant current polarization method. The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency increases in the order MBA, DBA, TBA. DCHEA corrosion inhibition efficiency is higher than DCHA. Therefore, in the case of H 2 S, the influence of “active” hydrogen on the nitrogen atom has no certain regularity on the corrosion inhibition efficiency. The effect of PTU on the corrosion inhibition of the above amine inhibitors was also studied. It was shown that the corrosion inhibition of PTU was related to the pre-adsorption of HS ~ - ions formed by the reduction of these compounds.
