研究了Mn和Be对高铁含量铝硅合金中铁相的影响。结果表明 :低冷却速度条件下 ,适量的Mn改善了铁相的形态 ;而高冷却速度时 ,Mn并不能有效阻止针状铁相的出现。进一步的研究指出 ,可在加入中和剂Mn的同时加入少量的Be以阻止高冷却速度条件下出现针状铁相
The effects of Mn and Be on the iron phase in high-iron-content Al-Si alloys were investigated. The results show that the proper amount of Mn improves the morphology of the iron phase at low cooling rate and Mn does not effectively prevent the appearance of the acicular iron phase at high cooling rate. Further research indicates that a small amount of Be can be added while neutralizing agent Mn is added to prevent the appearance of acicular iron phase at a high cooling rate
