通过金相观察、扫描电镜、透射电镜、力学性能测试研究了铸造方法和喷射成形方法对高强铝合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用喷射成形法制备合金可克服铸造法制备合金的缺点,所得合金微观组织均匀,晶粒细小,无明显微观和宏观偏析。经挤压后基体组织细小均匀,第二相颗粒大小一致。经适当热处理后,合金综合性能较好。
The effects of casting method and spray forming method on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength aluminum alloy were studied by metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the preparation of alloy by injection molding can overcome the shortcomings of the alloy prepared by the casting method. The obtained alloy has uniform microstructure, small grain size and no obvious microscopic and macroscopic segregation. The matrix microstructure after extrusion is small and uniform, the size of the second phase particles are the same. After proper heat treatment, the alloy has better overall performance.
