三十年来,我们省艺校在黄梅戏人才培养方面取得了很大的成绩,出了如黄宗毅、黄新德、梅伟慈、马兰、吴琼、杨俊、吴娅玲、陈小芳、袁玫、张辉等不少人才。但其前进步伐,却十分缓慢,远远不能满足社会主义新时期戏剧艺术事业发展的迫切需要。随着戏剧教育改革的不断深入发展,新时期戏剧教育的探索和研究,已经越来越成为一个十分突出的新课题。新时期黄梅戏人才的培养目标是什么?新时期黄梅戏人才应该具备什么样的素质和条件?应该采取什么样的教学法?怎样才能培养出出类拔萃的黄梅戏人才。
Over the past 30 years, our provincial art school has made great achievements in the training of Huangmei opera. Out of such outstanding achievements as Huang Zongyi, Huang Xinde, Mei Weici, Ma Lan, Wu Qiong, Yang Jun, Wu Yaling, Chen Xiaofang, Yuan Mei and Zhang Hui A lot of talent. However, its pace of progress is very slow. It is far from meeting the urgent needs of the development of drama and art in the new period of socialism. With the continuous deepening of the reform of drama education, the exploration and research of drama education in the new era has increasingly become a very prominent new topic. What are the training objectives of Huangmei Opera talents in the new era? What kind of qualifications and conditions should Huangmei opera talents have in the new era? What kind of pedagogy should be adopted? How to cultivate the outstanding talents of Huangmei opera?
