蒙古国东戈壁盆地宗巴音凹陷钻井液施工方面主要问题有上部地层白垩系上统多松散流沙层,易冲蚀坍塌;白垩系下统上宗巴音组多软泥岩,易缩径,中部地层白垩系下统下宗巴音组有多层较厚泥页岩、油泥岩,极易发生掉块,主要问题是下宗巴音组地层泥岩微裂缝吸水裂胀,造成井壁坍塌等复杂情况。针对上述情况,在本地区选用了具备很强抑制防塌能力的钾基聚合物防塌钻井液体系,对应不同地层特点采取了相应强化措施。

In response to the above situation, the K-based polymer anti-collapse drilling fluid system with strong anti-collapse capability was selected in this region and the corresponding stratification measures were taken according to different formation characteristics.
