以传热学为理论基础,分析了煤矿用液力传动车辆液力变矩器的发热原因以及发热量的计算方法,利用MATLAB软件建立煤矿用液力传动车辆防爆发动机与液力变矩器共同工作输入特性数学模型及编程计算二者的共同工作点。最后,通过WC8E煤矿用液力传动车辆验证数学模型与计算方法的准确性,计算在不同工况下液力变矩器的发热量,得出该车液力变矩器冷却系统需要的散热量。
Based on the theory of heat transfer, the cause of heat generation and calorific value calculation of hydrodynamic torque converter in coal mine are analyzed. The MATLAB software is used to establish the joint venture between the explosion-proof engine of hydraulic drive vehicle and the torque converter Work input characteristics of mathematical models and programming calculations of the two work together.
