本文利用有限元分析软件Deform模拟分析活塞杆的挤压过程,探讨在不同的胚料厚度、模口角度、摩擦系数的参数下其对成形力与最后完工高度的影响,其次分析了不同实心胚料对模穴的成形力的影响。仿真结果表明挤压成形受到模口角度的影响,角度越大,阻力越小,成形力越小;摩擦系数影响胚料挤压成形,摩擦系数适中,会使胚料顺利流入模穴。材料的成形力会受到坯料的硬度的影响,硬度愈大,所需成形力愈大。
In this paper, finite element analysis software Deform was used to simulate and analyze the extrusion process of the piston rod. The effects of different forming parameters on the forming force and the final completion height were discussed under different billet thickness, die angle and friction coefficient. Secondly, The impact of material on the forming force of the cavity. The simulation results show that the extrusion angle is affected by the die angle. The larger the angle is, the smaller the resistance is and the smaller the forming force is. The friction coefficient affects the extrusion forming of the billet and the friction coefficient is moderate. The billet will flow into the cavity smoothly. The material forming force will be affected by the hardness of the billet, the greater the hardness, the greater the required forming force.
