排种器是播种机的核心部件。其性能好坏直接影响播种质量。为了设计和研制较理想的排种器,必须进行大量的试验工作,而过去在排种试验台上试验时要用人力测绘并用手工计算,效率低,误差大,周期长;目前科技人员采用TP801单板计算机,对试验中所测得的大量数据,经单板机自动处理,仅用几秒钟便将数据处理完并打印出全部结果,自动绘制出正态分布曲线,大大提高了工作效率,也加速了科研工作进程。本文就该电子式数据处理装置的设计要求、方案选择、基本原理和技术指标加以概述,供有关试验设计人员参考。
