根据核心流强化原理,提出了一种新型的扰流叶片换热器,对其进行了传热和流动特性的数值分析,并作出了一定的结构优化。结果表明,在Re数为3000~21000的范围内,该换热器相比折流杆换热器PEC可提高20%~50%。
According to the principle of core flow enhancement, a new type of turbulent heat exchanger is proposed, and its numerical analysis of heat transfer and flow characteristics is carried out. Some structural optimization is also made. The results show that the PEC of the heat exchanger can be increased by 20% ~ 50% compared with the baffle rod heat exchanger in the Re number of 3000 ~ 21000.
