采用溶液与熔融结合法合成了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚癸二酸丁二醇酯(PBSe)。采用1H NMR对聚合物结构进行表征,采用凝胶渗透色谱、热重分析和万能实验机测定PBS的相对分子质量及分布、热稳定性和力学性能。实验结果表明:聚酯的数均分子量都在5万以上,热分解起始温度均在300℃以上,断裂伸长率都大于300%,其中PBA更是超过了400%;结构对称性是熔点和生物降解性的主要影响因素,碳链的长短是热分解的主要影响因素。
Polybutylene succinate (PBS), polybutylene adipate (PBA) and polybutylene sebacate (PBSe) were synthesized by solution and melt bonding method. The structure of the polymer was characterized by 1H NMR. The relative molecular mass, distribution, thermal stability and mechanical properties of PBS were determined by gel permeation chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis and universal testing machine. The experimental results show that the number average molecular weight of polyester is more than 50,000, the thermal decomposition initiation temperature is above 300 ℃, the elongation at break is more than 300%, and the PBA is more than 400%. The structural symmetry is the melting point And biodegradability of the main factors that affect the length of carbon chain is the main factor of thermal decomposition.
