目的 探讨地塞米松对大鼠睾丸扭转复位后的保护作用。方法 24只成年健康SD雄性大鼠随机分为3组:A组为睾丸扭转复位加生理盐水组,B组为睾丸扭转复位加地塞米松组,C组为对照组。建立单侧睾丸扭转复位模型。术后24h取手术侧睾丸,化学比色法测定睾丸组织的SOD、CAT、MPO活性和MDA含量,光镜观察病理学变化。结果与A组相比,B组的MDA含量和MPO活性降低(P<0.01),SOD和CAT的活性增高(P<0.01),睾丸被膜下白细胞浸润减少,无间质水肿。结论 地塞米松可减轻大鼠睾丸扭转复位后的再灌注损伤。对睾丸有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of dexamethasone on the testicular torsion after reduction in rats. Methods Twenty-four adult SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A was testicular torsion reduction plus saline; group B was testicular torsion reduction plus dexamethasone; group C was control. Establishment of unilateral testicular torsion reduction model. Twenty-four hours after operation, the testes of operation side were taken and the activities of SOD, CAT, MPO and MDA in testis were determined by chemical colorimetry. The pathological changes were observed by light microscope. Results Compared with group A, the content of MDA and the activity of MPO in group B decreased (P <0.01), the activities of SOD and CAT increased (P <0.01), and the leukocyte infiltration in testis decreased. Conclusion Dexamethasone can reduce the reperfusion injury after testicular torsion reduction in rats. Testicular protective effect.
