本文利用电子探针、扫描电镜,QTM-720自动图象分析仪及x-射线衍射等技术,较详细地研究了在复合加入RE和S的20CrMnTiRS钢中夹杂物的组成、形态与数量的变化及其在切削过程中的行为与作用。结果表明,复合稀土夹杂物的形成,不但能保证基础钢的机械性能与工艺性能不变,还能使钢的切削加工性获得明显改善。RE对该钢易切化机理的作用主要表现为在含TiC的硬质合金刀具表面上形成覆盖膜以及复合稀土夹杂物有“包裹作用”。
In this paper, the changes of composition, morphology and amount of inclusions in 20CrMnTiRS steel with RE and S compounding were investigated in detail by using electron probe, SEM, QTM-720 automatic image analyzer and x-ray diffraction. And its behavior and role in the cutting process. The results show that the formation of composite rare earth inclusions can not only ensure the mechanical properties and technological properties of the base steel remain unchanged, but also make the machinability of steel significantly improved. The effect of RE on the steel’s easy-to-cut mechanism is mainly manifested as the “wrapping effect” of forming a cover film on the surface of the TiC-containing cemented carbide tool and of the composite rare earth inclusions.
