The excited states of ~ (70) Ge have been studied by the radioactive decay of ~ (70) As, and four new γ-rays with energies of 1 036.99, 1 196.66, 1 539.29 and 2 531.7 keV were newly discovered and 2 219.34 keV γ-ray The new γ-ray of 496.74, 1 295.24 and 1 417.24 keV were newly placed into the decay scheme.
