我院自1985～1993年收治老年扩张型心肌病55例。现将其临床资料与同期成年扩张型心肌病104例对比分析如下: 一般资料 男36例,女19例,年龄60～84岁,平均年龄66.5岁。工人4例,居民6例,农民45例;成年组(对照组)男70例,女34例,年龄16～58岁,平均年龄43.5岁。工人7例,居民11例,农民86例。以上病例均经病史、心电图,心脏X线片、超声心动图及实验检查,排除了其它类型心脏
Our hospital from 1985 to 1993 admitted 55 cases of elderly patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Now its clinical data and the same period of adult dilated cardiomyopathy in 104 cases were analyzed as follows: General information 36 males and 19 females, aged 60 to 84 years, mean age 66.5 years. There were 4 workers, 6 residents and 45 peasants. There were 70 males and 34 females in the adult group (control group), aged from 16 to 58 years with a mean age of 43.5 years. 7 workers, 11 residents and 86 farmers. The above cases were history, ECG, cardiac X-ray, echocardiography and laboratory tests, excluding other types of heart
