热伤害是引发汽车火灾的主要原因之一,其引起的失效类型和涉及部件多种多样。发动机及排气系统作为汽车主要高温部件,其周边受热部件是整车热伤害的防护重点。在设计过程中需要以热流场分析为基础,在保证冷却系统匹配没有问题的前提下,识别布置、材料、结构和工艺等因素,有针对性地进行设计预防,避免热伤害的发生。
Thermal damage is one of the main causes of car fires, and the types of failures and the various components involved are manifold. Engine and exhaust system as the main high-temperature components of the car, the surrounding parts of the vehicle heat damage is the focus of protection. In the process of design, based on the analysis of heat flow field, under the premise of ensuring that there is no problem in the matching of the cooling system, factors such as arrangement, material, structure and technology are identified, and the design prevention is targeted to avoid the occurrence of thermal injury.
