软流塑地层具有自承载能力低、介质胶结能力差及富水导水的特点,注浆加固处治难度较大。为研究软流塑地层注浆加固参数与物理力学性质之间的关系,选取水泥–水玻璃浆液,采用不同混合体积及注浆压力,开展软流塑地层注浆加固现场试验,围绕地层宏观力学性能,研究注浆加固结石体弹性模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角及渗透系数等参数的变化规律,建立注浆作用对软流塑地层物理力学性能改善的定量关系,通过分析材料配比、注浆压力对地层加固参数的影响规律,揭示注浆加固参数对不同物理力学指标的强化侧重机制,提出注浆加固地层开挖简易判据。研究成果对软流塑地层注浆加固机制的发展完善具有一定的参考意义。
Soft-plastic strata have the characteristics of low self-bearing capacity, poor medium cementing ability and water-diversion, which makes grouting reinforcement more difficult. In order to study the relationship between the grouting reinforcement parameters and the physical and mechanical properties of the soft plastic plastic formation, the cement-sodium silicate slurry was selected and mixed with different mixing volume and grouting pressure to carry out the field test grouting reinforcement of the plastic flow plastic formation. Properties of grouting reinforcement stone body elastic modulus, cohesion, internal friction angle and permeability coefficient and other parameters of the law, the establishment of grouting effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the soft plastic formations to improve the quantitative relationship between the material through the analysis of the ratio , The influence law of grouting pressure on the stratum reinforcement parameters is revealed, and the reinforcement emphasis mechanism of grouting reinforcement parameters on different physical and mechanical indexes is revealed, and the simple criterion of grouting reinforcement stratum is proposed. The research results have some reference significance for the development and perfection of the grouting reinforcement mechanism of the soft plastic strata.
