采煤方法的改变和井下采用的灭尘措施,引起原煤中的粉煤比例、含矸率及水分增加,并导致洗选过程中煤泥量和灰分的上升。目前,西德经浮选处理的原生煤泥量约达1400万吨,由于浮选设备超负荷运转,致使精煤和尾煤的质量达不到要求。若将浮选尾煤作为沸腾层燃烧炉的燃料使用时,可使矸石中的残留煤得以利用,并将获取的热能返回供给选煤厂。
The change of coal mining method and the dust control measures adopted in the underground cause the proportion of pulverized coal in the raw coal, the refuse content and the water content increase, and lead to the increase of slime and ash in the washing process. At present, the amount of primary coal slime treated by flotation in West Germany is about 14 million tons. As the flotation equipment is overloaded, the quality of clean coal and tail coal is not met. If the flotation tail coal is used as the fuel of the boiling bed combustion furnace, the residual coal in the waste rock can be utilized and the obtained heat energy can be returned to the coal preparation plant.
