随着科学技术的飞速发展,教育改革步伐的进一步加快,职业教育在全民教育中的重要作用日益凸显,越来越多地受到党和政府的高度重视。近年来,国家把大力发展职业教育作为教育平衡的头等大事来抓,促使各职业学校有了长足的发展,基本解决了前几年招生不景气、发展举步维艰的尴尬问题,职业教育已摆脱生存困境,走上了良性发展轨道。但客观地说,中职学校招收的学生,文化课基础差,底子薄,学习动力严重不足,自我管理能力不强,纪律观念相对淡薄。对这些学生的教育与管理,本来就有相当大的难度,而对这些学生中后进生的教育管理,更是摆在职业教育工作者面前的一大课题。

However, objectively speaking, students enrolled in secondary vocational schools have poor basic foundation of culture, weak foundation, serious lack of motivation for learning, weak self-management ability and relatively weak discipline concept. The education and management of these students has always been quite difficult, and education and management of these students in backward education is even more of a major issue facing vocational education workers.
