考察了用F-离子电极直接电位法测定土壤提取液中无机单核铝浓度并确定其形态的可靠性 ,探讨了将该方法应用于土壤研究的可行性 .结果表明 ,我国南方中强及中下强度的酸性土壤溶液中 ,无机单核铝主要是呈Al -F络合物形态存在 ,测定结果的相对误差在 4 %以内 ,且温度的变化对测定结果无明显影响 ;该方法适用于对中强及中下强度的酸性土壤提取液的测定 ,但对强酸性土壤 ,由于提取液中Al3 +与F-的浓度比发生了变化 ,溶液中游离F-的活性低于F-电极的检测下限 ,故不宜使用
The determination of the concentration of inorganic mononuclear aluminum in soil extracts by F-ion electrode direct potentiometry and the determination of its morphology were discussed and the feasibility of applying this method to soil research was also discussed.The results showed that in China, Under the low strength acid soil solution, the inorganic mononuclear aluminum is mainly in the form of Al-F complex, the relative error of the determination results is within 4%, and the change of temperature has no obvious influence on the determination result. The method is suitable for the determination of Moderate and low intensity acid soil extract determination, but strongly acidic soil, due to the concentration of Al3 + and F- in the extract changed, the activity of free F- in the solution was lower than that of the F-electrode Lower limit, it should not be used
