今天,主持人在电视节目中的作用越来越大,这是电视节目杂志化、人格化的产物,也顺应了电视进一步贴近观众的时代潮流。在一定程度上,观众是冲着主持人看节目的,或者说,是在认可了主持人之后,认可一档节目的。对于电视台而言,节目主持人的水平和数量已成为其实力的象征。因此,各家电视台都挖空心思网罗人才,连政府部门也在政策上予以相应的倾斜(户口方面的宽松就是一例)。但是,效果似乎并不一定理想,可谓“有心栽花花不开”。这里面既有方式方法上的偏差,更有观念上的原因。那么,在选择和培养主持人的间题上,究竟有哪些认识上的误区呢?
