目的:研究前胡E素(praeruptorinE,pra-E)对心血管系统的影响。方法:离体豚鼠心房及离体兔主动脉条作为观察对象。结果:前胡E素对离体豚鼠心房呈正性肌力作用。其正性肌力作用具有频率依赖性。前胡E素对KCl引起的离体兔主动脉条收缩有选择性的抑制作用,延长功能性不应期,抑制右心房自发性收缩节律和肾上腺素诱发的异位自律性。结论:前胡E素可能有抗心衰和抗心律失常作用
Objective: To study the effect of praeruptorin E (pra-E) on cardiovascular system. Methods: Atrial strips of isolated guinea pigs and isolated aortic strips were used as observational objects. Results: Pre-H pylori had a positive inotropic effect on isolated atrial myocardium in guinea pigs. Its positive inotropic effect is frequency-dependent. Pre-HbA1 inhibits the contraction of isolated rabbit aortic strips induced by KCl selectively, prolongs functional refractory period, restrain spontaneous contraction rhythm of the right atrium and induce adrenaline-induced ectopic self-regulation. Conclusion: Pre-H-E may have anti-heart failure and anti-arrhythmic effects
