采用扩压因子的径向分布作为一种非等功设计方法,给出该方法的理论推导和计算公式,并编制相应的设计计算程序和叶片成型程序,根据程序设计了一个轴流风机.利用Numeca/Fine软件对轴流风机进行了模拟计算,并将模拟计算结果与程序设计计算结果进行了比较与分析,结果表明:所推导及编制的设计计算程序和叶片成型程序是合理可行的.在此基础上,讨论了扩压因子流型的一些应用规律.
