目的了解震后14个月震区中小学教师主观幸福感的现状及影响因素,为提高中小学教师主观幸福感提供依据。方法使用总体幸福感量表对来自四川5.12地震灾区的700名中小学教师进行调查。结果震后14个月灾区中小学教师主观幸福感处于中等水平(平均分76.71分)。在总体幸福感的不同维度及总分上,性别、学历及受灾级别的主效应显著;性别与学历在总体幸福感方面交互效应显著,受灾级别与学历在对生活的满意和兴趣及主观幸福感总分上的交互效应显著。结论震后14个月灾区中小学教师主观幸福感处于中等水平。性别、学历、受灾级别是影响地震灾区中小学教师主观幸福感的重要因素。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in earthquake zone 14 months after quake, and to provide basis for improving the subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers. Methods The total happiness scale was used to investigate 700 primary and secondary school teachers from the 5.12 earthquake in Sichuan Province. Results The 14th month after earthquake, the subjective well-being of middle and primary school teachers in middle and primary schools in affected areas was at a medium level (average score: 76.71). The main effects of gender, education level and disaster level are significant in different dimensions and total score of overall well-being. Gender and educational level have significant interaction effects on overall well-being. Disaster-suffering level and education level have great impact on life satisfaction and subjective well-being The total score of the interaction effect is significant. Conclusion The subjective well-being of teachers in middle and primary schools in disaster-stricken areas was moderate at 14 months after the earthquake. Gender, education level and disaster level are the important factors affecting the subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in earthquake-stricken areas.
