在冲压汽车曲面翻边件时,容易产生边部破裂缺陷。通过对产品的结构和成形特点分析,提出了弯曲、翻边复合加工工序,即在弯曲时进行一定程度翻边的预加工方案。采用有限元分析软件DYNAFORM对板料的成形进行数值模拟,并分析预成形量、凹模圆角等工艺参数对成形减薄量的影响。结果表明,该方案使板料的塑性流动更为合理均匀,降低减薄量,避免局部开裂,为下一步修改模具提供了设计依据。
When stamping car curved flanging pieces, prone to edge rupture defects. Through the analysis of the structure and forming characteristics of the product, a bending and flanging process is proposed, that is, a preprocessing scheme of curling a certain degree of flanging when bending. The finite element analysis software DYNAFORM was used to simulate the sheet metal forming process. The effects of preforming amount, die fillet angle and other parameters on the forming thinning were analyzed. The results show that the scheme makes the sheet plastic flow more reasonable and uniform, reduces the amount of thinning and avoids local cracking, which provides the design basis for the next modification of the mold.
