为了比较布鲁氏菌病不同血清学诊断方法的优缺点,试验采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、快速诊断试纸卡、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(i ELISA)、竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(c ELISA)四种不同的血清学检测方法,同时对河南地区2 545头疑似布鲁氏菌病病牛进行了布鲁氏菌的检测。结果表明:与i ELISA、c ELISA以及快速诊断试纸卡方法相比,RBT法操作简便、成本较低,且阳性检出率较高,但其特异性较低,容易出现假阳性结果;快速诊断试纸卡与i ELISA、c ELISA的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性相互比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明在实际应用中牧场应根据自己的条件与需要选择合适的检测方法。
In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different serodiagnosis methods of brucellosis, we used tiger red plate agglutination test (RBT), rapid diagnostic test card, indirect ELISA (i ELISA), competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay c ELISA) serological detection of four different methods, while the Henan area 2 545 brucellosis suspects brucellosis detection. The results showed that compared with i ELISA, c ELISA and rapid diagnostic test strip method, RBT method is simple, low cost and high positive detection rate, but its specificity is low, prone to false positive results; rapid diagnosis There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the positive detection rate, sensitivity and specificity between test strip, ELISA and ELISA. This shows that in practical applications, pasture should choose the appropriate test method according to its own conditions and needs.
