目的 :建立胰岛素抵抗综合征大鼠模型。方法 :用高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养大鼠八周 ,观察大鼠饮水量 ,体重 ,血压 ,葡萄糖耐量 ,血脂 ,血糖及血胰岛素水平 ,并算出胰岛素敏感性指数等。结果 :与基础饲料组大鼠相比 ,高脂高糖高盐饲料组大鼠饮水量明显增多 (多出 47% ,P <0 0 1) ;体重明显增加 (高出 11% ,P <0 0 1) ;血压明显升高 (高出 2 0 % ,P <0 0 1) ;葡萄糖耐量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;血清甘油三酯和胆固醇均明显增高 (分别高出 49%和 5 7% ,二者均P <0 0 1) ;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显降低 (低出 30 % ,P <0 0 5 ) ;血糖和胰岛素均明显升高 (分别高出 12 % ,P <0 0 5和 6 9% ,P <0 0 1) ,胰岛素敏感性指数明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :高脂高糖高盐饮食可以造成胰岛素抵抗综合征大鼠模型。
Objective: To establish a rat model of insulin resistance syndrome. Methods: The rats were fed with high-fat, high-sugar and high-salt diet for eight weeks. The drinking water, body weight, blood pressure, glucose tolerance, blood lipids, blood glucose and blood insulin levels were observed and insulin sensitivity index was calculated. Results: Compared with the basal diet group, rats in the high-fat, high-sugar, high-salt and high-salt diet groups had significantly increased water intake (47% more, P <0.01) and significantly increased body weight (11% (P <0.01); glucose tolerance was significantly lower (P <0.01); serum triglycerides and cholesterol were significantly higher (49% and (P <0 05), blood glucose and insulin were significantly increased (12% and 12%, respectively, P < 0 0 5 and 6 9%, P 0 01), insulin sensitivity index decreased significantly (P 0 01). Conclusion: High-fat, high-sugar and high-salt diet can cause insulin resistance syndrome rat model.
