克服大学生的挫折心理是高校思想政治工作的一项重要内容。本文探讨了大学生挫折心理的行为表现，从客观因素和主观因素两个方面分析了大学生挫折心理产生的原因，并针对大学生挫折心理，提出了做好高校思想政治工作的一些方法。
To overcome the frustration psychology of college students is an important part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. This article explores the behavioral manifestations of undergraduates’ frustration psychology, analyzes the causes of frustration psychology of undergraduates from two aspects of objective factors and subjective factors, and puts forward some methods to do ideological and political work in colleges and universities in light of frustration psychology of undergraduates.
