气井泥浆喷空后的压井,如果压井方法不当,措施不正确,不仅会导致压井失败,浪费人力、时间和材料,而且对油气产层还可能造成严重污染和损害。对于气井泥浆喷空后的压井,现在还没有一种比较成熟的方法,仍是根据经验来确定各压井参数和制定压井工艺措施,成功率不高,其结果往往导致压井失败或将地层压漏。在详细分析气井泥浆喷空后压井过程的基础上建立了平衡点的概念和环空气液两相流模型并结合现场实践经验,提出了气井泥浆喷空后各压井参数的计算方法以及压井施工工艺措施。
