现如今,如何在课堂中充分体现教师的主导地位,是摆在高中教师面前严峻的问题。对于高中老师来说,除了具备必要的专业知识和教学理论外,还应具备良好的职业技能和综合素质。尤其对于高中计算机教师而言,目前,初、高中学校开设的《信息技术》课程是一门新课程,正处于探索阶段,它与目前提出的新课程的基本理念符合,提倡学生进行自主、合作、探究学习,要求在教学中培养和发展学生学习计算机的兴趣。本文针对这一新形势,根据教学过程中发现的种种问题,学会反思,谈谈现如今高中计算机教师的职业技能的培养模式。
