为充分利用我国丰产的稀土资源,代替贵金属铂、钯等,我们研制了具有钙钛矿结构的稀土催化剂,作为汽车尾气净化的一氧化碳氧化催化剂。我们制备了若干种催化剂,并与铂催化剂进行了比较,反应装置为流动反应体系,反应条件为催化剂1毫升(20目~30目),空速4500时~(-1) ,气体组份:CO-0.49%,O_2-14.9%,CO_2-0.01%,N_2-84.6%。催化剂活性评价部分结果如下:
In order to make full use of rare earth resources of high yield in our country, instead of precious metals such as platinum and palladium, we have developed a rare earth catalyst with perovskite structure as a carbon monoxide oxidation catalyst for purification of automobile exhaust gas. We prepared a number of catalysts, and compared with the platinum catalyst, the reaction device for the mobile reaction system, the reaction conditions of the catalyst 1 ml (20 mesh ~ 30 mesh), airspeed 4500 ~ (-1), the gas component: CO-0.49%, O_2-14.9%, CO_2-0.01%, N_2-84.6%.
