一、因材施教,实施分层教学从学生对英语学习的信心、毅力、兴趣、智力水平及内在潜力等情况区分学生层次(分为A、B、C三级),而授课、辅导、作业布置、测试与评估等都因学生的素质不同而采用不同的方式施教。对三个层次的学生进行研究,及时有效地对他们进行分层辅导。对A级学生,注重培养学生学习能力和对英语的运用能力,努力挖掘他们的潜力。在学好现行教材的基础上,扩大阅读量。成立英
First, teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, implement hierarchical teaching to distinguish students’ levels (classified as A, B, and C) from the students’ confidence, perseverance, interest, intelligence level, and internal potential of English learning, and teach, counsel, and arrange homework. Tests and assessments are taught in different ways depending on the quality of students. Conduct research on three levels of students and provide them with timely and effective guidance. For A-level students, they focus on cultivating students’ learning abilities and their ability to use English, and strive to tap their potential.
