目的:探讨激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的疗效。方法:以DR患者257例458眼为研究对象,其中1型糖尿病27例47眼,2型糖尿病230例411眼;增殖前期(PPDR)342眼,增殖期(PDR)116眼,均给予激光光凝治疗。结果:PPDR患者有效率高于PDR患者;1型糖尿病患者有效率高于2型患者,经检验,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:激光光凝术是治疗DR的一个有效方法,不同分期的DR,光凝疗效不同。要把握光凝时机,争取早期发现并及时治疗DR,才能提高激光光凝的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: A total of 457 eyes were enrolled in this study. Of the 257 eyes, there were 457 eyes with DR in 47 cases, 47 cases with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 411 eyes with type 2 diabetes mellitus, 342 eyes with pre-proliferative phase (PPDR) and 116 eyes with proliferative phase (PDR) Condensation treatment. Results: The effective rate of PPDR patients was higher than that of PDR patients. The effective rate of type 1 diabetes patients was higher than that of type 2 patients. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Laser photocoagulation is an effective method for the treatment of DR. Different stages of DR, photocoagulation effect different. To grasp the timing of photocoagulation, for early detection and timely treatment of DR, in order to improve the efficacy of laser photocoagulation.
