目的:调查并分析辽宁省各级各类口腔卫生机构及人力资源的配置现状。方法:采用普查方法,将调查表格分发到辽宁省各级口腔卫生机构中。应用EpiData3.02软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包对资料进行统计分析。结果:辽宁省共有口腔卫生机构2155个,其中民营口腔诊所占大多数,为71.0%;口腔医生5617人,有80.5%的机构和87.8%的口腔医生服务于城镇。口腔科辅助人员少,口腔医生、护士、技工比例约为6∶2∶1。全省口腔医生与人口比为13.02/10万人口。在农村,口腔医生不仅职称、学历低,而且服务的人群数量巨大。结论:合理配置口腔卫生资源,加强对农村口腔人力资源的继续教育与培训,是辽宁省口腔事业发展和实现社会卫生公平的关键。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the status quo of the allocation of various types of oral health institutions and human resources in Liaoning Province. Methods: The census method was used to distribute the survey form to oral health institutions at all levels in Liaoning Province. Application EpiData3.02 software to establish a database using SPSS12.0 software package for statistical analysis. Results: There were 2155 oral hygiene institutions in Liaoning Province, of which 71.0% were private dental clinics, 5617 were stomatologists, 80.5% of institutions and 87.8% of stomatologists served in cities and towns. Dental assistant staff less, stomatology, nurses, technicians ratio of about 6: 2: 1. The province’s stomatology and population ratio of 13.02 / 10 million population. In rural areas, stomatologists not only have professional titles, but also have a low level of education and a huge population of people serving them. Conclusion: The rational allocation of oral health resources and strengthening of continuing oral education and training of oral human resources in rural areas are the key to the development of oral health and the realization of social health equity in Liaoning Province.
