光学反射镜是光学系统的基础元器件 ,应用十分广泛。轻体光学反射镜是适应高新技术 ,特别是航天技术与国防军工的发展需要而提出的新器件。炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料 ,密度小 ,比强、比模高 ,热稳定性好 ,环境适应性强 ,是制作轻体反射镜镜体的理想材料。文中叙述了炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料的特点 ,制作轻体反射镜镜体时材料的选择与处理 ,镜体的结构设计 ,制备工艺以及主要试验结果。
Optical mirrors are the basic components of optical systems and are used in a wide range of applications. Light body optical reflector is to meet the high-tech, especially aerospace technology and national defense industry’s development needs of the proposed new device. Carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, the density of small, strong, high specific modulus, good thermal stability, environmental adaptability, is the ideal material for the production of light body mirror body. In this paper, the characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites, the selection and processing of materials for the production of light body mirror body, the structural design, the preparation process and the main test results of the lens body are described.
