目的探讨笑气联合米索前列醇在人工流产中的应用效果。方法将我院2005年3月～2006年2月500例要求人流患者随机分成2组,观察组术前3小时舌下含服米索前列醇,术中行笑气吸入麻醉,对照组术前术中不用任何药物。观察术中扩宫的难易程度、镇痛效果、手术时间、术中术后出血量及手术并发症。结果笑气吸入麻醉联合米索前列醇镇痛效果、宫颈扩张效果好,不良反应少,操作简单、方便。结论笑气联合米索前列醇是一种安全、经济、方便的无痛人流方法,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of nitrous oxide combined with misoprostol in induced abortion. Methods A total of 500 patients requiring flow in our hospital from March 2005 to February 2006 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was given sublingual misoprostol 3 hours before operation, In the absence of any drugs. Observe intraoperative ease of expansion of the palace, analgesic effect, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and surgical complications. Results Noxious inhalation anesthesia combined with misoprostol analgesic effect, cervical dilatation effect is good, fewer adverse reactions, the operation is simple and convenient. Conclusion Noxious combination of misoprostol is a safe, economical and convenient method of painless flow, which is worth promoting.
