苏联研制成凿岩机器人苏联吉尔吉斯科学院自动化研究所已研制成一种凿岩机器人。这种机器人可把岩石硬度数据馈给电-液回转-冲击凿岩台车的操作机构,自动调节。机器人系统由凿岩台车和可打岩石的螺旋钻组成。测示岩石阻力自动调节凿岩冲击力。独立动力源装在机架之下,能把液压油的压缩能直接传送给凿岩台车。在破碎很硬岩层时,以液力脉冲系统保护机组。一种新型电液伺服系统控制的执行机构能提举几吨重的重物。承重十吨时,能保持大臂稳定。遥控机器人适用人迹罕至地区,因此设计要求坚固耐用,可连续工作,无需人工检查凿岩台车的工况。
The Soviet Union developed a rock drilling robot Soviet Institute of Automation Kyrgyz Institute has developed a rock drilling robot. The robot can feed the rock hardness data to the electro-hydraulic rotary-impact drilling rig operating mechanism to automatically adjust. The robot system consists of a rock drilling rig and a rocking auger. Rock resistance measured automatically adjust rock drilling impact.
