近年来医疗机构已广泛部署了医院信息系统（hospital in-formation system,HIS）,包括病理信息系统（pathology infor-mation system,PIS）、检验信息系统（laboratory informationsystem,LIS）、影像归档和通信系统（picture archiving and com-munication systems,PACS）等HIS,大大提高临床业务部门工作效率、规范了医疗流程。
