对拔节期开始遮阴小麦的光合及籽粒灌浆特性进行研究。结果表明,随着遮阴强度加大,小麦旗叶净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)显著降低,细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)随遮阴强度加大显著增大(P<0.05)。采用Logistic模型拟合籽粒灌浆过程,对籽粒灌浆参数与粒质量的相关性进行分析表明,遮阴处理后降低的主要是平均灌浆速率、最大灌浆速率、渐增期灌浆速率、快增期灌浆速率和缓增期灌浆速率,而对灌浆持续期、最大灌浆速率出现时间、渐增持续期、快增持续期和缓增持续期影响较小。根据不同灌浆时段参数与最大理论千粒质量的相关分析可知,小麦快增期和缓增期的灌浆速率越快,籽粒积累的干物质越多,粒质量就越大。因此,籽粒质量的增加应更多地关注快增期和缓增期的灌浆速度。
The photosynthesis and grain filling characteristics of shading wheat at jointing stage were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) of wheat flag leaf were significantly decreased with increasing shading intensity, and the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) significantly increased with shading intensity increasing (P <0.05) . Logistic model was used to fit the grain filling process. The correlation between grain filling parameters and grain weight was analyzed. The results showed that the average grain filling rate, maximum filling rate, increasing filling rate, fast filling rate The grain filling rate was moderately slowed down, but the effect of grain filling duration, emergence time of maximum filling rate, increasing duration, rapid increasing duration and gradual increasing duration was small. According to the correlation analysis between parameters of the different filling periods and the maximum theoretical grain weight, we can see that the faster the grain filling rate is, the more the dry matter accumulated in the grains and the larger the grain quality. Therefore, the increase of grain quality should pay more attention to the filling rate in the period of rapid increase and slow increase.
