以分析西藏大学第二语言教习现状为切入口,进一步找出制约第二语言教学发展的瓶颈,在此基础上提出了促进学生和谐、充分、自主地发展,提升教师教学意识和能力的具体措施。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of the second language teaching in Tibet University as an entrance to further identify the bottlenecks restricting the development of second language teaching, the paper proposes some concrete measures to promote the students ’harmonious, full and independent development and improvement of teachers’ teaching awareness and ability .
